General Terms and Conditions

UPDATED 11 APRIL 2022

Bold is a purpose driven community where innovators, entrepreneurs and people in business can inspire, be inspired, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life.

Our mission is to champion and support entrepreneurs and innovators, and we want to inspire those who want to make the world a better place. We believe in respecting differences and collaborating to create a better world – one that is Respectful, Peaceful, Empathetic, Inclusive, and Happier.

Throughout the year we’ll host events and content that connect people and support business growth, and we’ll encourage conversations that inspire civil discourse, empathy, overcoming bias, chasing purpose, and of course making money.

Bold House Rules

We’ve created a set of house rules to help you and your fellow members get the most out of Bold community and space.

We hope you are motivated by your experience!

YOU AGREE THAT THESE HOUSE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.

Access and Security

Members can access Bold between the hours of 07.30 and 18.30 Monday to Friday. Our community team is here to enhance your experience and would be delighted to answer any questions or assist with requests. Please speak to the team on site or send your request to [email protected].

The Bold mobile app is the centre of our community, a place to connect and collaborate with each other and learn about upcoming events, exhibitions, community updates, book our spaces, manage your account and invoices, and lots of other useful information.

The Bold mobile app is designed for phone, tablet, and desktop and is downloadable from the Apple App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android. Our Apps are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared with another person or party.

Members should avoid allowing others to access Bold without swiping their App. If someone follows you in without swiping their App, please make a member of the community team aware.

Please be advised that for security reasons, CCTV will be in operation in certain areas within the building.

The Bold Members Lounges offers our members a variety of seating options. We kindly ask you to take your belongings with you if you leave your seat for more than 15 minutes.

While you are using Bold, you are responsible for your personal property. Bold will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

For the safety and enjoyment of all members of our community, we ask you to act in a respectful manner in the space and not to do, cause or permit anything that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to us or any members, or our/their employees, guests, or property.

We recommend whilst making one-to-one audio and video calls from your seat that you consider using a headset/air pods to cut down on the noise in the space.

For one-to-many or many-to-many audio and video calls (i.e., you are joining a call with several remote participants), please use your best judgement but consider booking a meeting room to avoid disrupting your colleagues. Use of Bold space to conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities is strictly prohibited, and offensive, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable, or explosive materials are strictly prohibited.

Members or guests who are of legal drinking age that choose to consume alcohol in Bold shall do so responsibly.
